Coach Parking In Canterbury
Excellent parking facilities are available at Canterbury's St Johns Coach Park (CT1 2SY), map and directions). Using this park only costs £10 for 12 hours.
The coach park is ideal for school groups - there are lots of toilets, seating areas and no time restrictions, with maps and information in the high season available in the coach park's Welcome Centre.
At the end of the day visitors may rejoin their coaches at Canterbury Coach Park.
A two bay coach drop off and collection point is now available at St George's Lane for coaches that off-load from the left hand side. It is located in front of the new Whitefriars shopping centre and is just 400 metres from the cathedral.
The drop-off is only available to coach operators who have a registered and pre-booked a dropping off/collection time by calling 01227 378131 The use of the drop-off is included in the cost of parking at Kingsmead Coach Park which is unchanged at £10 per coach for 12 hours. The drop-off will be supervised at all times and coaches that have not pre-booked will be turned away. You will be allocated 20 minutes time slots for dropping off and collecting passengers. If you are unavoidably late, you can notify the supervisor by mobile phone who will make arrangements to accommodate you.

Open from 6am to 8pm daily, the facility is available free of charge and does not need to be pre-booked. Access to the drop off bays is from Wincheap roundabout using the turning by the Round House public house. Passengers can reach the city via the pedestrian bridge, over the ring road to the city walls. Routes are wheelchair accessible, either along the city walls or through the Dane John Gardens.
